 Muscles built from decades of ballet, tap, gymnastics, and most recently hiking and yoga sit below a layer of cushion built from my epicurean obsessions. 

  I believe the most important part of me is my brain. This isn’t out of some ableist claim to sapiosexuality, or a John Waters quote about fucking books- but because I cherish things like curiosity, manners, and sexuality - which all happen in that wet in-between space between the ears. 

 My own brain is built from my  East coast Ivy League education, west coast chill, wanderlust, memes, communication and a deep need to understand the world. 

My mannerisms are informed by the various cities I have lived in my adult life.

 Covering my mouth when I laugh is a holdover from Tokyo,  my obsession with Earl grey tea an obvious nod to time in London, the way I weave thru crowds a talent I picked up in New York.

 Seattle has taught me things to trust my own intuition and call it vibes. 

 My Aquarian nature ( if you believe in such a thing) INFJ ( Meyers Briggs is astrology for psychiatry)  can be used as a shortcut to further understand who I am.
