Cancellation Policy

As appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward any applicable cancellation fee. Cancellations made 48–72 hours before our scheduled time are subject to a 35% fee, while cancellations made 24–48 hours before our appointment are subject to a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations, no-call/no-shows (NCNS), or failure to arrive as scheduled will be charged 100% of the booked consideration. In the rare event that I must cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full.
