1. Your Full Name & Age
2. Say for PAS and Request a date & time. (see availability below)
3. For which session?
4. Your PD handle with Verified Reviews- select Get Screened or give 2 recent references name & number. If no references: Send DL or LinkedIn link with name shown.
5. And How will you send Deposit? Via Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal or Amazon e-card? Wait for instructions on where to send.

Full Donation is accepted in cash or partial cash/partial Zelle.

June 25: afternoon & evening

June 26: all day
