I do check references, if you cannot provide a reference, I require a picture of you holding your ID. It is for my safety. 

I do require a deposit to set and hold your time. It is non-refundable, with the exception of ME cancelling which I have never had to do thus far. The deposit for 1 hour is $250. Once deposit is paid your time is locked in and I will email you my phone number.

I do not give discounts or lower my prices it is tacky to even ask a SW to do that, so please don't. 

The exception is for extended stays or FMTY, so if you are looking for that message me. 

When messaging me provide:

1. Please list references and their contact information. if that isn't available, I will need to verify you. A picture of you holding your driver's license.
2. Your Linkedin profile will also help in verifying you,
3. Please tell what location you are wanting to book,
4. date, time and length of time you were looking for.
