With my striking waist length strawberry blond hair, green eyes, race track curves, and ready laugh, I’m as unforgettable as the stories I like to tell. Whether on the page, in the kitchen, or in a session. 

A well traveled author, certified life coach, and former chef, I blend curiosity, empathy and just the right dash of humor.
