-what day and time you would like to book, length of session, and in or outcall

-At least two provider references- including their ads and contact details. If you have an approximate idea of when you last saw them, let me know that as well, but it is not necessary for booking. I am accepting references that are over 6 months.

-If you don't have provider references, a photo of your driver's license or a LinkedIn profile that includes your photo, or a company website will work for me.
